Processing & Courier Delays
Starting as two siblings sourcing secondhand clothes during university, mon2sun was born out of pure hustle and a shared love for timeless style.

Dispatch Schedule & Cut-off Time
Orders are dispatched daily, excluding Sundays. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 4:00 PM (ICT). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on standard courier rates, payable by the customer, unless a free shipping promotion applies.

International Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
International shipping estimated delivery is 15 to 20 business days, depending on destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on courier costs and paid by the customer.
